C.O.R.E. Fitness & Boxing
Our C.O.R.E. classes are designed to combine strength, cardio, and boxing/kickboxing into a routine unlike any other. A C.O.R.E. class starts with 12 three-minute rounds of: 100-pound heavy bag workout, strength, cardio, resistance band training, battle ropes, and a host of other tools.
